All sunglasses sold by Eyehawk.com are warranted against defect for one full year from date of purchase. If you have a defected pair, simply return it to Eyehawk.com, and receive a new replacement pair at no charge.
Subject to availability of style.
If style is no longer available, customer shall receive an available style of their choice.
Warranty does not extend to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident.
All returned defective pairs must be postage pre-paid.
